Delivery Charges & Options
Delivery charges are per order:
An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require to send orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.
UK delivery options (orders placed Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays):
1. Next Day Delivery (Monday to Friday) - £9.59 or free on orders over £150
Delivery the following working day. Orders must be placed by 4pm.
2. Standard Delivery - £5.99 or free on orders over £75
Delivery for most standard orders within 3-5 working days. PLEASE NOTE - this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
3. Named Day Delivery - £10.00 or free on orders over £150
Delivery on the day selected by the customer.
4. Saturday Delivery - £12.00
Orders must be placed by 3pm on a working day.
5. Click & Collect - £3.95 or free on orders over £75
Standard Delivery 3-5 working days via UPS, for orders over £75. How it works: Choose from over 2700 local shops nationwide and collect your order at your convenience. (Please check your local stores opening hours before placing your order) Participating shops are part of the UPS Access Points™ network. You will receive an email to tell you when your order is ready to collect.
6. Call & Collect
Call the participating store* directly to place your order and contact-free collection of your pre-paid order will be available within 48 hours. *Available at all free standing stores.
7. Same Day Delivery (London) - £40.00 or complimentary with orders over £350
Call your nearest participating Store before 1pm to place your order and to guarantee same day delivery to select postcodes within the M25.

8. Same Day Delivery (Rest of UK) - Please call 0747 722 1234 for related charges and eligibility.

Click and Collect Information
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.
Click and Collect – Collect from a local shop in partnership with UPS:
Your order will be dispatched and delivered to your chosen collection point as soon as possible. Participating shops are part of the UPS Access Points™ network.
You will receive an email to tell you when your order is ready to collect.
When collecting you order:
You will receive an email collection reminder on day 3 and 7 after delivery if you have not yet collected your order.
Your order will sent back to us if not collected within 10 days.
UK Mainland Orders
UK mainland orders received by 4pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for the next day delivery option and the following day for standard delivery.
Please allow two additional days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas. Please note that some deliveries to Northern Ireland could be delayed by Irish Customs & Next Day Delivery is not available in all Northern Ireland regions. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Unfortunately for select postcodes in specific rural areas we may offer limited delivery options.
Order & Delivery Processes
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery.
Some orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to receive your order, our delivery company may leave a telephone number or delivery card for you to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
Liability
My Geisha Milton Keynes Online does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods. To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.
We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
We are unable to offer delivery to British Forces Postal Office addresses.

Advent Calendar Deliveries
Please be advised, to ensure there are no damages during shipping to your Advent Calendar, this product will be shipped in separate packaging to anything else you may wish to purchase. Due to high demand of the Advent Calendar, there may be slight delivery delays, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

How to Shop Online
Welcome to My Geisha Milton Keynes Online. Shopping is easy, convenient and secure. Simply select the product you want to purchase and follow the instructions below:
Step One: Finding an item and adding to your shopping bag
Find the item you desire by either going through the category pages, or using on-site search.
Once you've found the product you want, select the size and then click "add to bag".
You can either rollover a product image and click on the Quickshop button and then click "add to bag", or for additional product information, click on the product name or 'view details' link. From the product detail page select add to bag" to place the item in your bag.
You will be able to increase or decrease the quantity in your shopping bag.
Step Two: The shopping bag
When you've finished shopping, click the shopping bag icon found on each page. The shopping bag is where you check if the products in your bag are correct, and have the option to change the quantities you're ordering. To continue to purchase, click the checkout button.
Step Three: Order details
The next page will ask you to sign in, or register (if you have not already done so), and then provide billing and delivery address details. If you have already saved these in your Account Profile you won't have to fill them out again. Here you will also be asked to choose one of our five delivery options, and have the option to gift-wrap your order. You can also select the multiship option to arrange for parts of your order to be sent to any UK address of your choice.
Step Four: Confirmation
Once you've confirmed your order you will see a confirmation page that gives you your unique reference number and the total sum deducted from your credit or debit card account. You can print this page for your reference, or alternatively wait until you receive this information in an order confirmation email. The email will show all details of items purchased, delivery addresses, delivery options and packaging options, which you can keep for your records. If you have any questions, please contact us.
View Bag
Click on the shopping bag icon to display your shopping bag with the list of the items selected for purchase, the selected quantities of each, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.
Deleting Items from your Shopping Bag
If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Bag, simply go to “View Bag” and select the "Remove" link below the product name. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.
Offer Codes
Applying an Offer Code
To successfully apply an offer code to your order, you will need to be signed into your online account with email address and password.
Before entering your offer code, please fully read the Terms & Conditions associated with the offer/promotion, to ensure that your order meets the qualifying terms to be applied.
Only one offer code may be used per order and offer codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including but not limited to sale items, new launches, gift sets, limited editions.
NOTE: Offers cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the qualifying promotional dates. Any orders placed before the start, and after the expiry of the offer, will not qualify for the offer.

Check that your order does not contain any sale items, new launches, gift sets, or limited edition items.
Please ensure that the offer code being applied is formatted correctly, e.g. be aware of capital letters and any special characters.

Engraving & Embossing

Only one engraving per item to a maximum of 30 characters is possible. Only characters A-Z and 1-10 may be used for engraving.
The engraving service costs £30 per product engraved.
Payment for engraved products must be made prior to the commencement of the engraving.
Orders for engraved products cannot be cancelled or changed once engraving work has started on them. It is your responsibility to supply clear written instructions for your engraving. We will not be responsible for errors caused as a result of unclear or misleading instructions. We are not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, order quantity, or other ordering errors. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your order carefully before submitting.
Engraved goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Engraving orders will be dispatched in 3-5 days – no fast track delivery options will be available.
All personalised items with expletive language will be rejected. All personalised items will be engraved in English.
Engraving must be ordered at the time of purchase and cannot be revised after the order is accepted.
Orders for embossed products cannot be cancelled or changed once embossing work has started on them. We are not responsible for customer generated mistakes or ordering errors. To prevent errors from happening, please review your order carefully before submitting. Embossed goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Pay later in 30 days is a credit product which lets you pay any time within 30 days of your purchase without interest or fees, when you pay on time. You can see both past and future payments using the Klarna app.
Pay in 3 installments
Klarna’s Pay in 3 installments is a credit product that lets you spread the cost of your purchases over 3 equal payments. Klarna will take the payments from your debit or credit card directly so you don't have to worry about missing a payment. Klarna will take the first payment when you make the purchase, the second 30 days later and the final payment 60 days from your purchase date. You can see your past and future payments at any time using the Klarna app.
3. Where can I use Klarna?

This agency will collect the debt on behalf of Klarna. Also, if the debt is referred to a debt collection agency Klarna will share this information with credit reference agencies.

6. When will my items be delivered if I use Klarna?
Klarna orders are delivered within our standard delivery timeframes like any order from www.mygeishamiltonkeynes.co.uk.
7. Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Klarna transaction?
If using Klarna Pay in 3 instalments as your payment method, your order must be less than £1000, or your personal spending limit as determined by Klarna if that is lower. If using Klarna Pay in 30 days as your payment method, your order must be less than £1000. Orders exceeding these limits are subject to cancellation.
8. Can I use another form of payment with Klarna?
Yes, you may also use a gift card or promotional code with Klarna to pay for your purchase.
